Located 8 kilometres from Antalya city centre, in the direction of Lara, the waterfall is also known as "Karpuzkaldıran". It discharges its waters into the sea from a height of 40 metres over the Lara road where the Duden Riverreaches the sea.
It creates a fog cloud over the sea with the eruption of gigantic water. The nearby Gençlik Park is an ideal viewing point for the waterfall view. There is also a cafeteria, car park and picnic area in the park, and boat tours are organised near the waterfall.
