Sorpa Soup

Sorpa soup, which is identified with Eskişehir cuisine, resembles highland soup with its appearance. However, lamb meat is used in the preparation of sorpa soup. If desired, you can cut the meat into cubes or shred it. Sorpa soup enriched with mint sauce is frequently consumed in Central Anatolia.
