After the first hotel, Dedeman said that they commissioned the Palandöken Ski Lodge in 2006.

Palandöken, which stands out with its technical infrastructure, has internationally registered tracks for slalom and large slalom races. One of the tracks in the center bears the name of Murat Dedeman, who has made great contributions to the development of the tourism sector and the branding of Palandöken.
