"Privilege of Double Miles at Dedeman Hotels!"
1. This campaign is valid only for Miles&Smiles cardholders who are also Dedeman Loyal Club members. It applies only to direct bookings made via dedeman.com.
2. Dedeman Loyal Club membership can be created free of charge through our website or with assistance from hotel receptions.
3. Miles&Smiles card number must be recorded during the booking; guests must present their digital card at check-in. Otherwise, Miles cannot be credited.
4. Miles can only be earned for stays and check-ins that occur between April 1 and May 31, 2025.
5. Miles are calculated based on the number of stays, not nights. (Example: A stay from 05.04.2025 to 09.04.2025 counts as one stay and earns Miles accordingly.)
6. Miles cannot be earned for check-outs and re-check-ins occurring on the same day.
7. Miles can only be earned for stays made by the cardholder. Even if the cardholder pays for multiple rooms, only their own stay will be eligible for Miles.
8. If multiple Miles&Smiles members stay in the same room, only one member can earn Miles for the stay.
9. The number of Miles earned per stay will be doubled during the campaign period. (Miles may vary by hotel.)
10. Earned Miles will be credited to the Miles&Smiles account in the month following the stay.
11. This campaign cannot be combined with other promotions. Privileges cannot be converted to cash, refunded, or transferred to others.
