1. This campaign is only valid for Miles&Smiles cardholders who are Dedeman Loyal Club members. The campaign is only applicable for direct bookings made through dedeman.com.
2. Dedeman Loyal Club membership can be created free of charge on our website or support can be obtained from the hotel reception.
3. Miles&Smiles card number must be registered at the time of booking and the guest must present the digital card to the reception desk upon check-in. Otherwise, Miles cannot be loaded.
4.  Miles are only valid for bookings and stays until August 31, 2025.
5. Miles are calculated based on the number of stays, not the number of overnight stays. (For example: Miles are earned 1 time for a stay between 05.06.2025 - 09.06.2025).
6. Miles cannot be earned for exit and re-entry transactions on the same day.
7. Miles are only valid for stays that the cardholder has booked. Even if the cardholder pays for more than one room, they can only earn Miles for their own stay.
