This campaign is exclusively available to Dedeman Loyal Club members who are also Miles & Smiles cardholders, and is valid for bookings made directly with the hotel or through the dedeman.com website.
To become a Dedeman Loyal Club member, you can register for free at https://dedemanloyalclub.com or seek assistance at the hotel reception.
The Miles & Smiles card number can be recorded during the reservation process; however, the digital card must be presented at the hotel reception upon check-in. Otherwise, the mileage points cannot be credited.
Miles accrual will be applicable for check – ins and stays completed by December 31, 2025.
Miles are granted based on the number of stays, not the number of nights stayed. (For example, if a guest stays from September 1th, 2025, to September 9th, 2025, they will earn miles for 1 stay.)
If a guest checks out and re-checks in on the same day, no miles will be earned.
Miles & Smiles points will only be credited when the cardholder stays at the hotel, and only for the cardholder's stay. Even if the cardholder pays for two or more rooms, miles will be processed for only one room under the cardholder's name.
If multiple members stay in the same room, only one member will earn miles for that stay.
The mileage earnings of our staying guests will be processed as three times the points they are entitled to. Point earnings may vary depending on the hotel.
The earned miles will be credited to the user's account in the month following the stay.
This campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns. The privilege cannot be converted to cash, refunded, or transferred to another person.
