What is the Dedeman Loyal Club?
The loyalty program specially designed by Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International for its guests, aims to enrich its impeccable service by presenting special privileges to club members. Hundreds of Dedeman guests have received gifts through the Loyal Club Card program since its launch in June 2005.
Dedeman Loyal Club Card owners:
• Earn 10 points for each 1 USD they spend during their stay and can use their points to choose gifts.
• Have priority when reserving rooms and during check-in.
• Can take advantage of late check-out, subject to availability.
• Have extra in-room amenities.
What is the Dedeman Loyal Club Plus Card?
To be eligible for a Dedeman Loyal Club Plus Card, a guest needs to earn 30,000 points within one year or have a total of 10 overnight stays.
Dedeman Loyal Club Plus Card owners:
• Earn 12.5 points for each 1 USD they spend during their stay and can use their points to choose gifts.
• Have priority when reserving rooms and during check-in.
• Can take advantage of late check-out, subject to availability.
• Can have their room upgraded, subject to availability.
• Have extra in-room amenities.
What is the Dedeman Loyal Club Elite Card?
To be eligible for a Dedeman Loyal Club Elite Card, a guest needs to earn 60,000 points within one year or have a total of 36 overnight stays.
Dedeman Loyal Club Elite Card owners:
• Earn 15 points for each 1 USD they spend during their stay and can use their points to choose gifts.
• Have priority when reserving rooms and during check-in.
• Can take advantage of late check-out, subject to availability.
• Can have their room upgraded, subject to availability.
• Have extra in-room amenities.
